All donations made through the Site are voluntary contributions to support our mission. We use WooCommerce with Square as our payment processor to securely handle all transactions.
2. Donations and Payments
- Donations made through the Site are non-refundable. All contributions are final.
- By making a donation, you represent that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided and that the funds are not from any illegal source.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any donation at our sole discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or error), though we are under no obligation to do so.
- All donations are processed securely by Square through WooCommerce. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
3. No Refunds Policy
All donations are final and non-refundable. Because we are a nonprofit organization, once a donation is processed and received, it is immediately applied toward our mission. We strongly encourage you to review your donation amount carefully before submitting.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
- We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (such as name, email address, mailing address, or payment information) is collected solely for the purpose of processing your donation, sending receipts, and communicating with you about our activities.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
- We may share minimal necessary information with our payment processor (Square) and hosting/WooCommerce service providers solely to complete transactions and maintain the Site.
